Job summary

BrightView in Los Angeles is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA program development and supervise interventionists and families. This remote role involves data analysis, behavior plan development, and staff training to ensure evidence-based practices across diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and modify ABA treatment programs and goals for clients with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and prepare progress reports.
• Analyze data and create graphs for visual data analysis.
• Design and deliver staff and parent training on ABA interventions.
• Ensure methodologies reflect current research findings.
• Provide supervision and feedback to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.
• Manage caseload and timely documentation and billing materials.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
