BrightView Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time BCBA in Los Angeles to lead clinical services in a hybrid/remote role. You will develop and oversee ABA plans, supervise staff, and train families while delivering evidence-based care.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, ongoing assessment, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful progress for children. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum 3 years direct services experience with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Experience across home-based, center-based, and educational settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans and clinical goals.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete reports.
• Analyze client data, interpret trends, and create graphs for review.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Train, supervise, and give feedback to staff.
• Provide parent and caregiver training based on treatment plans.
• Deliver consultation on ABA principles, crisis management, and behavior support.
• Maintain documentation and write quarterly progress reports.
