Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth supervision or remote leadership.
• Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT).
• Ability to manage caseloads and oversee multi-site programs.
• Mentor Behavior Technicians and support clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Offer remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
