Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA Clinical Lead to oversee evaluation, treatment plan development, and data-driven therapy implementation at the Center for Specialized Behavior Support. The role supervises RBTs, coordinates with families and staff, and ensures ethical, HIPAA-compliant care.

You will lead supervision of 20–40% of therapy hours, maintain BACB certification, and collaborate with the CSBS team and outside providers to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master’s Degree in relevant field from an accredited university.
• Completion of eight (8) hour online Supervisor Training and CEUs.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• SafetyCare certified or will train on site.
• Trained in PFA/SBT treatment package or will train on site.
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enforce standards to maintain high quality of care and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct assessments, write and update treatment plans, monitor progress and behavior change.
• Collaborate with BY YOUR SIDE staff and stakeholders to ensure communication and processes.
• Prepare required reports as dictated by best practices and payors.
• Attend professional meetings and seminars for CEUs.
• Provide 20–40% supervision of therapeutic hours.
• Maintain BACB certification.
• Represent BY YOUR SIDE at professional events and seminars.
• Provide input for ongoing growth of the CSBS program.
