Job summary

You will advance through leadership tracks, contribute to research and innovation, and participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; strong supervision of RBTs.
• Experience leading ABA therapy teams and clinical centers.
• Collaborative skills with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
