Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a licensed BCBA to deliver supervision and direct services via telehealth from Arizona. You will oversee BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, reinforcement, and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff issues.
