Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Arizona to join our telehealth-based team serving children with autism.

You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, review session data, adjust treatment plans, and meet with families to discuss progress. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per BACB verification.
• At least 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision by observing staff and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff-related issues.
