Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Danville, IL seeks a licensed BCBA to oversee ABA-based services for children with ASD. You will assess behavior, develop individualized intervention plans, and lead a team of RBTs and staff within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming
• Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data and progress

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ASD assessments to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare regular progress reports.
• Educate and support families in ASD strategies and home implementation.
• Coordinate with speech, OT, and educators for cohesive treatment.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff, providing feedback and training.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
• Engage with community resources to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure interventions meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Complete monthly/quarterly notes tracking goal progression
