Job summary

Precious Care ABA in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote-friendly team. You will design individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

We offer a generous salary range $90,000–$105,000, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, benefits with growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling including remote work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required or equivalent.
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to mentor and supervise BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Analyze clinical data and guide treatment decisions for progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Educate and empower families with guidance and strategies.
• Help children build communication, social, and life skills.
