Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care seeks a Virtual BCaBA to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes evidence-based Positive Behavior Support, data-driven assessments, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a fully remote setting across the United States.

You will design and implement behavior plans, conduct functional analyses, and deliver direct interventions, with a focus on safety and ethical care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification is required.
• Two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Annual 10 hours of CEU training in behavior supports requested by the organization.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Works with Interdisciplinary Teams on behavioral issues.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conducts behavioral assessments including functional analyses and interpretations.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training and other modalities.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitors restraint use and reduces it where possible.
• Shall provide services to meet treatment needs per clinic policies.
