Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess, develop, and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

We value strong communication and organization, ethical practice, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote role with supportive supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
