Sewer Equipment Co of America is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the East and South Bay Area, CA. This full-time remote role oversees a broad territory with a base salary plus commission, benefits after a probation period, and a company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a related role and a business-related degree, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. The role requires travel within the assigned territory and a strong focus on expanding dealer networks while monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customers, obtain orders and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade contacts.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
