Job summary

e-STORAGE, a member of the Canadian Solar Inc. family, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support the design, evaluation, and integration of utility-scale ESS.

You will drive degradation modeling, technical due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, product, and execution teams. The role requires deep understanding of battery degradation, performance modeling in Excel/Python, and strong communication with Independent Engineers and global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in battery storage, R&D, or product management.
• Direct battery product development experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LFP cells, DC Blocks, ESS.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence and product development reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and software teams.
• Support internal and external solution customization.
• Create and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
