Tyba is seeking a Consultant to join our Commercial Operations team. You will own the end-to-end customer experience, onboard and support clients, and deliver data-driven consulting and analytics services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Policy, and Engineering to maximize value and retention. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong data/analytics skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Independent learner who ramps quickly on unfamiliar domains.
• Experience driving complex technical integrations end to end.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Python and API-based tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and presence: explains complex concepts clearly to any audience and stays composed under tough questions.
• Excellent written communication: produces polished customer- and executive-facing materials that lead with the “so what.”
• Familiarity with energy markets, trading, or infrastructure financing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end experience of our customers.
• Conduct technical analyses working with internal/external APIs and large timeseries datasets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Tyba products and relevant power market, utility, and state programs.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform product development.
• Support Tyba Sales and Marketing teams with business development using battery storage expertise.
