Voltaiq is seeking a Sr. Battery Engineer to join the Customer Success team.

You will work with customers and cross-functionally across the Voltaiq team, translating customer needs into actionable battery analytics configurations and integrations. The role emphasizes onboarding, ongoing technical projects, and staying ahead of battery industry trends to ensure our product delivers exceptional value and accelerates the global transition to clean energy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the battery field or related engineering role.
• Proficient in Python or similar programming languages.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical relationships with customers and establish technical partnerships with customer engineering teams.
• Onboard new customers and train engineering teams to maximize engagement.
• Scope, develop, and implement integrations to bring customer data into Voltaiq.
• Meet with customers to understand objectives and enable workflows in Voltaiq.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure value delivery.
• Partner with Product Management to align product with customer needs.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations in person or virtually.
• Work cross-functionally to embed battery knowledge across the organization.
• Support the sales team to win new or expand existing business.
