Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Solar/BESS, financial analysis, project management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving, integrity, and work ethic.
• Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for the commercial operation and performance of assigned assets.
• Prioritize daily activities to maximize revenue generation and financial performance of assets.
• Monitor day-to-day operations across locations and ensure assets operate at or above expectations.
• Lead resolution of asset-related outages to minimize safety and financial impacts.
• Serve as primary contact for O&M providers, landowners, and utilities.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, issue resolution, and warranty claims.
• Track project budgets and operating expenses, revenue streams, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with PPAs, leases, interconnection agreements, and key contracts.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights for stakeholders.
