• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand collection laws and policies.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate court documents and referrals to local counsel.
• Perform bankruptcy servicing and monitor docket changes.
• Prepare Proof of Claim documentation for review.
• Redact servicing documents including titles and contracts.
• Escalate risk issues to management and ensure policy compliance.
