Qualifications

• Handle bankruptcy accounts from inception to completion.

• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and Bankruptcy Code.
• Document all account activity in the system.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and validates court documents, account data, and referrals to local counsel.
• Performs timely Bankruptcy functional servicing.
• Monitors court dockets for changes within the bankruptcy case.
• Reviews trustee websites for compliance with the bankruptcy plan.
• Documents all account activity in the system of record.
