We Are Legal Revolution in Boston is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join a dynamic, remote-friendly firm focused on Chapter 7/11/13 and complex restructuring matters with major financial institutions.

You will contribute to case strategy, document preparation, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing while enjoying a growth-oriented environment and strong bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Bankruptcy Experts on complex Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and restructuring matters involving major Financial Institutions and distressed assets across Boston and beyond.
• Take an Active role in Case Strategy and Document Preparation: Including motions, Creditor Negotiations and Debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support High-Stakes Litigation and Reorganization efforts: Contribute to and take point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represented clients in bankruptcy court
