We Are Legal Revolution in New York seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney to join a multi award-winning firm in Manhattan. You will handle complex Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters and shape case strategy while negotiating with creditors and preparing debtor-in-possession financing documents.

The role offers a base up to $250,000 with performance bonuses and access to insolvency seminars and elite networking opportunities.

Formación

• Active New York bar admission.
• Experience handling Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters with deadlines and precision.

Responsabilidades
