Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect to drive technical innovation for financial institution clients. You’ll work with solution architects and digital consultants through pre-sales to deliver end-to-end solutions compliant with banking regulations.

Responsibilities include tailoring solutions to client needs, presenting modernization services, developing PoCs, and maintaining executive relationships to ensure client satisfaction and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience, with 5+ years in financial services or banking
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP and TOGAF are preferred
• Understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX)
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining compliance
• Excellent collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and tailor banking solutions
• Present mainframe modernization and digital services to banking clients
• Develop PoCs demonstrating value while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Address client questions during proposals with banking requirements expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-year banking transformations
• Create reference architectures and templates for financial institutions
• Foster executive relationships with banking clients and manage risk
• Provide fully costed solutions meeting regulatory requirements
• Communicate progress through presentations and stakeholder engagements
• Maintain documentation on IT roadmaps and regulatory considerations
