Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect to drive technical innovation and transformation for financial institution clients. You will collaborate with solution architects and digital consultants through the pre-sales process to deliver end-to-end solutions, from mainframe modernization to cutting-edge digital services while ensuring banking regulations and standards are met.

You will work across cross-functional teams to develop reference architectures, engage with C-suite stakeholders,

Qualifications

10+ years of extensive experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or banking environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and TOGAF.
Deep understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX).

Responsibilities

Understand banking client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Present Ensono's mainframe modernization and digital offerings to banking clients.
Develop proof of concepts demonstrating value across the IT landscape while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Engage with cross-functional teams to execute multi-year transformation initiatives for banking environments.
Create reference architectures and templates for complex financial solutions.
