Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of banking staff, including training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor daily cash flow, participate with bank account reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Oversee the processing of deposits, and electronic transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and other government agencies to resolve banking issues and optimize financial services.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, negotiating terms and services as needed.
• Provide guidance and expertise on complex banking matters to staff and other departments.
