Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline from an accredited institution with four years of banking/financial services experience.
• Experience with financial reconciliation, cash management, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banking staff, including training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor daily cash flow and bank account reconciliation; ensure accuracy of records.
• Oversee processing of deposits, electronic transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and government agencies to resolve banking issues and optimize services.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms as needed.
• Provide guidance on complex banking matters to staff and other departments.
