Job summary

Curinos in the United States is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Banking Line of Business, owning full P&L and delivering sustainable revenue growth through advisory, data, and software offerings.

You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and client success teams to drive strategy, ensure exceptional product delivery, and build a high-performing, cross-functional organization with a strong focus on client value and market leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services or enterprise SaaS with business leadership responsibility.
Proven P&L ownership and ARR/recurring revenue growth.
Subject matter expertise in Wealth, Consumer, or Finance.
Strong consultative selling and client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience leading high-performing teams.
Cross-functional collaboration with product/engineering/sales.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Own full P&L and drive performance against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Define and execute a multi-year strategic plan aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across advisory, data, and software offerings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and client success to align execution with strategy.
