Job summary

Curinos is seeking a Director-level leader to join its Advisory Practice in New York. The role focuses on delivering data-driven strategic advisory for Retail, Wealth, and Commercial Banking, with responsibility for client management and project leadership.

The ideal candidate brings consulting or banking experience, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and a track record of mentoring teams while driving growth and client success. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in retail banking or 8+ years in strategy consulting focused on Financial Services.
• Strong client management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership of teams delivering time-sensitive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects for banking clients with analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Sell and deliver analytically-driven strategic advisory engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and support associate development.
• Support business development and identify new revenue opportunities.
