Jobvite Middleware Test Company is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack features. You will work with product owners, QA, and SRE in an agile team, owning features from design through production.

Responsibilites include building REST APIs, improving CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong coding practices and secure design are essential as you contribute across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one stack (Ruby/Rails, Java/Spring, Python, or Node.js).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL optimization.
• Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, and CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend and/or full-stack features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; contribute to monitoring and incident response.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and developer tooling.
• Refine requirements with product owners and estimate work.
• Keep technical documentation up to date; mentor junior engineers.
• Follow secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities and dependencies.
