Coinbase is seeking an accomplished architect to design and deliver distributed backend systems and foundational infrastructure that power customer service and compliance platforms. You will set technical direction, define roadmaps, and mentor engineers to raise engineering quality.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives across cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and scalable services for high-traffic environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Go and scalable backend design.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling.
• Proven track record leading technical projects end-to-end.
