You will work in Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB Atlas, and Aurora MySQL on AWS, handling operational tooling and system architecture. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers, contribute to architecture, code reviews, and documentation, and focus on delivering reliable, observable services while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend-focused software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Proficiency with MongoDB Atlas.
• Proficiency with Aurora MySQL on AWS.
• Experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• API development with GraphQL (Netflix DGS).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Take on lower-priority engineering work including compliance and maintenance.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and design validation with data.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain quality.
