You will partner with product, design, and analytics teams across a large codebase. Responsibilities include breaking down work, collaborating across teams, and maintaining system availability with on-call participation.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in backend development using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to produce clear, tested, and maintainable code that integrates multiple software components.
• Proactive in seeking personal growth and feedback from peers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into manageable tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create and monitor operational metrics, and participate in on-call responsibilities to maintain system availability.
• Engage in team community building, including participation in the interview process.
• Participate in technical discussions on design and product ideation, articulating technical constraints.
