Abstra, a fast-growing nearshore tech talent services company, is hiring a Software Engineer for the Business Systems team. You will build backend services and APIs that connect certification workflows to commerce and learning platforms, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions.

Location is LATAM 100% Remote with working hours based on US Pacific Time Zone and at least 6 hours of overlap. Abstra offers competitive USD compensation, 20 PTO days, and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Proficiency in modern AI development practices, including AI agents, LLMs, and LDD concepts.
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining production software services, ideally in a cloud-native environment.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (Go and Python are used).
• Proficient with test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines.
