Abstra is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for a remote role aligned with US Eastern/Central time zones. You will lead a Scrum team, deliver robust software, and drive architecture decisions in line with engineering standards and security policies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience on the Microsoft stack (C#/.NET), microservices, RESTful services, and strong leadership skills. You will mentor others and push for automation, TDD, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional software experience on the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET).
• Experience with microservices and SOA architectures.
• Strong knowledge of web tech: HTTP, Apache.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading teams.
• Proven ability to drive architecture decisions and code quality.

• Analyze software requirements and plan in agile lifecycle.
