Job summary

FHLB Topeka is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst I/II to support Agile technology delivery. You will collaborate with business clients and IT colleagues to define requirements, configure packaged software, and train end users.

Level II adds lead requirements management, vendor collaboration, and becoming a subject matter expert. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficient MS Office use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of related professional experience (3–5 years required for Level II)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think logically and orderly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to travel independently and operate general office equipment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients and IT colleagues to deliver technology solutions.
