Job summary

FHLBank Topeka seeks an adaptable analyst to support business and technology needs in an Agile environment. The role involves defining and prioritizing requirements, configuring packaged software, testing solutions, resolving defects, and training end users.

This position may be filled at level I or II depending on qualifications. The candidate will collaborate with business clients and IT, prepare test plans, support upgrades, and mentor team members while contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of related professional experience (3–5 years for level II).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Goal-oriented with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients and IT to deliver technology solutions.
• Configure packaged software and support upgrades.
• Prepare and execute test plans, track defects, ensure quality delivery.
• Train and support end users in system operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and project reporting.
• Level I: assist with requirements, testing, and user training.
• Level II: lead requirements management, vendor collaboration, SME.
