Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of BA experience with emphasis on technical documentation and test case development.
• Proficiency in writing functional specs, user stories, and system documentation.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Experience with testing tools and both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders, devs, and testers.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including specs, system design, flows, and guides.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for system changes.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning.
• Maintain documentation standards and align with best practices.
• Create, review, and execute test cases and scripts to validate functions.
• Support UAT with test plans and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure changes meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Support project management activities, including timelines and risk assessment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new functionalities.
