Job summary

CloudPSO Inc. is seeking an experienced PR Manager to own and execute public relations strategies for high-growth B2B technology companies. This hands-on role focuses on media strategy, storytelling, pitching, and relationship building with journalists and editors.

You will manage client accounts end-to-end—from identifying angles and building targeted media lists to pitching and securing high-quality coverage. Remote, independent contractor role with US time zone alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Communications, preferably within B2B technology.
• Demonstrated track record of securing earned media coverage in reputable publications.
• Strong understanding of how journalists evaluate pitches and stories.
• Existing journalist/media relationships or ability to develop relationships quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and PR campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage PR client accounts from strategy through execution.
• Identify newsworthy stories and media angles from updates, launches, and market trends.
• Develop targeted media lists relevant to each client’s industry and objectives.
• Create and execute effective media outreach and pitching strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media contacts.
• Secure earned media coverage in reputable publications.
• Collaborate with founders, executives, journalists, and internal teams on narratives.
• Monitor news and industry trends to identify timely PR opportunities.
• Track outcomes and connect coverage to business and pipeline objectives.
• Manage multiple client campaigns with strong communication and execution standards.
