Job summary

Informa TechTarget seeks a Content Strategist to develop compelling content and guide clients on content marketing strategy. You will create ebooks, sponsored articles, and webinars for high-value accounts, balancing strategy with execution while maintaining strong client communication and collaboration.

You will report to the content director and work with a team to deliver standout campaigns across industries, including HR, education, healthcare, and biopharma.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a content marketing role.
• Knowledge of HR, K12, higher education, healthcare, biopharma industries is a plus.
• Comfort within a very client-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Work well on a team while taking ownership of independent projects.
• Growth mindset and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead strategist for client content programs, overseeing production and advising on content marketing strategy to meet goals.
• Develop content pitches aligned with clients' sectors for a knowledgeable B2B audience.
• Edit written content assets for style, clarity, and relevance.
• Own production and delivery of content products (e-books, sponsored articles, webinars).
• Review content performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Project manage production timelines across all assigned projects.
• Organize and run project kickoff calls with clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing requests.
• Oversee licensed content curation.
• Collaborate with co-strategists, program team and content director to manage expectations.
• Manage and collaborate with freelance writers and editors.
