Job summary

Informa TechTarget, based in Newton, MA, is seeking an Events Marketing Director to drive strategy and execution of industry events and customer/prospect activations. You will coordinate with sales and marketing to prioritize and plan events, manage budgets, and ensure measurable ROI while elevating the company brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience delivering industry and marketing events, preferably B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Proven track record leading multiple events end-to-end.
• Familiarity with SFDC and event management tools.
• Ability to manage remote contributors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage overall event strategy from end to end.
• Develop strategies to maximize brand presence and generate pipeline and revenue.
• Lead pre-, onsite and post-event initiatives including promotion, outreach, logistics and ROI measurement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate goals and deadlines.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and budget oversight.
• Lead messaging and content delivery for events and coordinate with teams.
