Draftt is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own B2B social narratives for our clients and in-house brands. You’ll run LinkedIn and Instagram, craft compelling captions, and translate interviews into engaging posts.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of B2B social experience, a proven growth track, strong short-form video know-how, and fluency with Notion and Figma. Remote but Bangalore-based company culture shaped by founder Pallavi Dhody.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of running social media for B2B brands or founders.
• Track record of growing LinkedIn and/or Instagram accounts.
• Working knowledge of short-form video creation and deployment.
• Notion muscle memory and tooling familiarity.
• Figma familiarity is a must-have; experience with Claude/Descript/Riverside a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Own LinkedIn and Instagram for Draftt and our clients, including brand pages and founder accounts.
• Build a process for and run founder, marketing lead, and SME interviews to source post material.
• Write post captions with hooks and punchy copy that earns the scroll-stop.
• Brief designers and videographers on post creatives, videos, and reels with a clear POV.
• Plan, publish, and manage content calendars and schedules.
• Monitor trends in B2B and social media, and scout opportunities.
• Track analytics and prepare quarterly client reports.
• Experiment with AI tools to generate drafts and sharpen briefs.
