Job summary

Firebrand is a San Francisco-based brand awareness agency seeking a Social Media Specialist to run organic and paid LinkedIn programs for B2B tech clients and executives. This remote-first role requires a Bay Area base for meetings and reports to the SVP of Digital Marketing across three to five clients.

You will craft engaging posts, manage ads, collaborate with influencers, and use AI tools to draft and edit content while maintaining brand voice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant social media experience, primarily in B2B tech.
• Executive social: experience managing LinkedIn for senior executives with portfolio examples.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience from strategy to reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluent with AI workflows and tools for content creation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic LinkedIn strategies for multiple B2B tech client pages.
• Own social strategy for executives, including profile optimization and voice development.
• Craft sharp copy and edit client and executive drafts, with AI-assisted support.
• Plan, build and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns end to end.
• Identify and manage B2B influencer programs and partnerships.
• Manage scheduling, publishing, social listening and analytics across platforms.
• Present strategies and performance results clearly to clients and executives.
• Build regular reports translating reach, engagement and pipeline influence into insights.
