The Wilkinson Firm seeks a Social Media Manager to own daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for its hospitality division. You will drive community engagement and nurture an inbound pipeline with a focus on B2B services.

This is a 1099 contract, hybrid role with fully remote work in the USA. Compensation offers a monthly retainer of $1,500–$3,000 or commission of 5–15% on inbound-sourced revenue, reporting to the Founder + CEO.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong LinkedIn fluency; B2B services background.
• Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook for hospitality division.
• Experience engaging prospects in comments and DMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily LinkedIn presence (5–10 posts/week).
• Oversee Instagram and Facebook for hospitality division.
• Engage with prospects in comments and DMs within 4 hours.
• Repurpose long-form content into social formats.
• Monthly analytics review with leadership.
