TekNinjas is seeking a Sales/Marketing/Creative - Content Strategist for a 6-month remote assignment. You will own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Facebook, collaborating with Comms/PR, Product Marketing, Brand, Events, Lifecycle, Frontline, and Sales to drive awareness, engagement, and channel growth.

This hands-on role combines calendar planning, sharp copy, event content capture, and turning social listening into actionable strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of social media experience, with B2B channels (LinkedIn)
• Experience in video content creation from concept to delivery
• Proficiency with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
• Strong copywriting with adaptable voice across formats
• Comfort using AI tools for production, reporting, and optimization
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LinkedIn and Facebook content calendars; publish ≥4–5 posts weekly
• Monitor posts and respond to comments in a timely, on-brand manner
• Develop static and video content; coordinate copy and production
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize performance
• Lead social execution for product launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with Comms/PR, Brand, Events, Lifecycle, and Sales on content initiatives
• Conduct social listening to translate insights into content themes
• Deliver monthly analytics to inform strategy
