Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other payments solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. You will spend roughly 75% of your time in the field and build a robust, local pipeline.

You bring proven B2B sales success, preferably in SaaS or merchant services; excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills; and the drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling face-to-face and virtually; strong relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and online to show how Genius helps businesses streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments and close sales in a short cycle.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce including notes and follow-ups.
