Elite Editing is seeking experienced freelance journalists and content professionals to support our customer reference and case study programs. This remote Storyteller role targets professionals based in EMEA and APAC time zones and emphasizes interviewing senior leaders, translating complex topics into clear narratives, and delivering polished case studies.

You will lead client kickoff calls, conduct interviews, and craft engaging content that adheres to client briefs and style guides.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial professional writing experience with a portfolio.
• Background in journalism, B2B content, tech, publishing, corporate communications, or related field.
• Located in EMEA or APAC time zones and comfortable with senior-level interviews.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct virtual kickoff calls with client stakeholders to understand goals, audience, and direction of stories.
• Conduct virtual interviews with clients' customers and SMEs, including senior-level or technical professionals.
• Review background materials and prepare for interviews in advance.
• Adapt interview questions to the conversation while following client briefs and templates.
• Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to uncover meaningful details, outcomes, and quotable insights.
• Identify and develop the strongest story angles from interviews and client input.
• Write polished B2B case studies and customer reference stories per client standards.
• Synthesize complex technical information into accessible, engaging narratives for the target audience.
• Collaborate with Elite's project managers, editors, and content team through development and revision.
