You'll create engaging content across social, email, and landing pages, guide clients from interest to purchase, and handle inquiries with professional, timely resolutions. Remote role with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and client requests.
• Quick learner of online systems, social tools, analytics dashboards, and booking platforms.
• Experience in content creation, sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but zero experience welcomed.
• Passion for travel, storytelling, and helping others explore while driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Create travel content across social, email, and landing pages to drive bookings.
• Consult clients on travel goals, budget, and style to recommend trips and packages.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, payments, and itineraries.
• Highlight insider tips, destinations, and seasonal deals to inspire purchases.
