Elite Escapes is hiring a Remote Travel Content & Sales Specialist to blend storytelling with sales. You will create engaging travel content across social and email, guide clients to the right trips, and convert inspiration into bookings.

This role emphasizes customer service, fast learning of booking platforms, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while delivering high-quality experiences for travelers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with ability to engage audiences and guide from interest to purchase.
• Organized and able to manage multiple content projects and client requests.
• Quick to learn new online systems, social tools, analytics dashboards, and booking platforms.
• Experience in content creation, sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but zero experience welcomed.
• Passionate about travel, storytelling, and helping others explore while generating revenue.

Responsibilities

• Be the creative force behind travel content that sells across social posts, reels, emails, and pages.
• Talk with clients about travel goals and guide them to trips, packages, and experiences.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and provide timely resolutions for bookings and changes.
• Share insider tips, destination highlights, and seasonal deals to inspire bookings.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning to on-trip assistance and post-trip testimonials.
