Job summary

D2B is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Manager (Philippines-based) to own marketing from scratch. You will audit current footprints, craft a practical strategy, and execute day-to-day content, SEO, LinkedIn, and lead-generation campaigns to build brand authority and generate regional Australia leads.

Responsibilities include updating the website, driving SEO, producing blogs/case studies, and managing LinkedIn content with a calendar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally for B2B, professional services or IT.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including content and technical basics, and awareness of AI and answer-engine search.
• Excellent written English, able to write clear, credible content for business buyers.
• Experience managing LinkedIn for a business and building a content calendar.
• Comfortable editing website content and using AI tools to work faster.
• Able to audit, prioritise and work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Audit current website, search visibility, social presence and past marketing; prioritise fixes.
• Build a clear MSP-focused marketing plan with targets, channels and budgets.
• Collaborate with Director and Business Development Manager to support the sales pipeline.
• Lead SEO including GEO, local search and Google Business Profile.
• Plan and write regular content such as blogs and case studies using AI to speed drafts.
• Edit simple videos and graphics to support content and social channels.
• Build and run LinkedIn presence with content calendar; plan email campaigns to nurture leads.
• Test paid or local campaigns when sensible, e.g., local advertising.
• Track traffic, leads and campaign results; report to Director.
• Help develop a marketing report for clients as a value-added service.
