Job summary

You will manage podcasts, newsletters, social media, and SEO-driven content while collaborating with editors to maintain top standards and publishing rhythm.

You will leverage content analytics and AI tools to inform strategy, expand reach, and improve discoverability in a fast-paced, remote environment across Ratchet + Wrench and NOLN channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum three years editorial, journalism, or reporting experience.
• Excellent writing, copyediting, proofreading, and headline development.
• Experience producing, recording, or distributing podcasts.
• Experience using CMS to format and publish content across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research industry topics, conduct interviews, and produce original content for B2B audiences.
• Line-edit, copy-edit, and fact-check editorial content to maintain accuracy and style.
• Produce, record, edit, and distribute podcast episodes.
• Write, edit, and schedule platform-specific posts.
• Format, upload, categorize, tag, and publish content via CMS with SEO best practices.
• Repurpose content into newsletters, show notes, infographics, and social posts.
• Source and create images and graphics using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Collaborate with editors and writers to maintain editorial calendars and deadlines.
