Job summary

RETHINK Retail is seeking a hybrid Producer/Editor to lead planning, production, and delivery of podcasts, webinars, video, and select written formats. This role sits at the center of editorial, client, and community work, connecting clients, internal teams, and creative partners.

During peak production periods, you'll own execution end to end as a producer, and outside those windows you'll edit in-house to ensure editorial consistency across projects and reduce reliance on external freelancers.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in content production, media, or program management.
• Hands-on video, audio, and webinar production and editing.
• Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for podcasts, webinars, video, and written formats.
• Coordinate timelines, run of show, speaker prep, and post-production workflows.
• Serve as in-house editor during quieter periods to ensure consistency.
• Manage NRF on-site and post-event deliverables and tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with freelancers and external partners; scale production.
• Advise teams on formats and storytelling aligned with brand standards.
