Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Customer Success Advocate in Carrollton, TX with the flexibility to work remotely. You will engage with customers via chat, email, and online requests, delivering friendly, efficient support and guiding users through our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or 5 years of experience in digital channels, strong organizational skills, proficiency with CRM/Salesforce, and bilingual English/French Canadian.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or minimum of five years of experience in digital and online customer support.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and proficient in data entry and using digital tools such as CRM/Salesforce.
• Bilingual: English/French Canadian language.
• Ability to work remotely or in an office and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via chat, email, and online channels with a service mindset.
• Handle high-volume inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
